2011 WNPS Native Plant Calendar

2011 WNPS Native Plant Calendar
The cover features Michael Hobbs’ photo of the exquisite seedheads of western pasque flower (Anemone occidentalis).

Enjoy the beauty of Washington’s wildflowers throughout 2011 with our Native Plant Calendar. Our 2011 Calendar offers 13 months of terrific photos and a whole new year of floral splendor. WNPS members have helped us produce an outstanding calendar of images. Ellen Kuhlmann prepared thought-provoking information to accompany featured photos of the month.

This year’s calendar also includes smaller inset photos and dates of interest to those who are botanically inclined. Photos featured for this calendar produced by the Society were selected from 75 images that were submitted by WNPS members.

Calendar size is 11" x 17" opened, each page 8-1/2" x 11" horizontal format with the photo at the top and full month calendar grid at the bottom. Plenty of room to write notes on the daily squares.

Preview featured photos for each month which include:
January 2011: long-leaf phlox
February 2011: Brown's peony
March 2011: sagebrush violets
April 2011: native plant garden
May 2011: bitterroot
June 2011: western pasque flower (cover image)
July 2011: Davidson's penstemon
